The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) exists for the benefit of all Landings Run Homeowners. Our goal is to protect property values in Landings Run by assuring that proposed changes are in adherence with the Landings Run Covenants and Restrictions. If you plan to change the appearance of your home from the main road, the proposed change must be submitted to the Landings Run ACC on the attached form. Typically, you will receive a response to your proposal within ten days. Please review the Covenants and Restrictions which are located on this website for your convenience and be sure to advise your neighbors of your planned change before submitting your proposal.
