WELCOME TO LANDINGS RUN
As a renter in Landings Run subdivision, you are responsible to keep the appearance and yard of your home as though you were a homeowner.
1. Lawns – Keep your lawn mowed.
2. Trash – Keep your trash cans and recycling bins out of view (from the front of your house). Trash cans and recycling bins must be returned to their storage place the evening they are picked up. Trash is picked up on Mondays. Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.
3. Parking In general, keep cars parked in your driveway, not on the lawn. If you have company and they park on the road, for safety reasons, the right wheels must be at the curb. Overnight parking is not allowed on the street or on a lawn.
4. Speed Limit – For the safety of everyone, please abide by the posted speed limit.
5. Boats – Any boat in Landings Run must be stored where it cannot be seen from the road.
