The Landings Run Homeowners Association is managed by a leadership board, whose voluntary members are homeowners in Landings Run. Our primary role is to maintain the property values of all homeowners as much as possible. In order to do that, we are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the common areas collecting annual assessments and ensuring that the Covenants and Restrictions are adhered to - for the benefit of all homeowners.
