Annual Homeowner Assessments are based on the projected budget for the expenses incurred in maintaining the common areas of the neighborhood. These items include grounds keeping for the main entrance and the ponds, insurance for the common areas, utilities for the entrance and the two fountains, administrative fees, etc. The annual proposed budget is presented at a meeting of the association's homeowners in November or December each year, and the dues are set at that meeting. If fees are not not paid by January 31 each year, late assessments begin to accrue. Fees for 2020 are $185.
